Life OS Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Life OS, a private, local-first personal productivity application operated by Flagstone Creative.
Private application
Life OS is currently a private, single-user application maintained for its owner. It is not offered for public registration, resale, or general public access.
The existence of a publicly accessible product, privacy, or terms page does not provide visitors with access to the Life OS application or the information stored within it.
Purpose of Life OS
Life OS helps organize personal information such as tasks, routines, workouts, email-derived reminders, possible deadlines, appointments, and calendar events.
Google account connection
Some Life OS features require the owner to authorize access to a Google account through Google OAuth.
The owner may revoke this authorization through the connected Google account or disconnect the account from Life OS. Disconnecting Life OS does not delete or modify the original information stored in Gmail or Google Calendar.
Review of information
Life OS may automatically identify possible tasks, deadlines, appointments, or other items from email and calendar information. Automated interpretations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect.
The owner is responsible for reviewing information before relying on it, creating a calendar event, changing a schedule, or taking any other action.
Life OS is not a substitute for reviewing the original email, calendar invitation, professional instruction, or other source information.
Health and fitness features
Life OS may include workout, mobility, stretching, habit, and fitness-tracking features. These features are provided for general organizational and informational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The owner is responsible for choosing appropriate exercises, weights, repetitions, and activity levels and should stop any movement that causes pain, dizziness, numbness, weakness, or other concerning symptoms.
Availability and changes
Life OS may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features that depend on Google or other services may become unavailable because of authentication expiration, API changes, internet connectivity, service outages, or changes made by those providers.
Intellectual property
Life OS, including its original interface, software, design, and written content, is owned by Flagstone Creative or its respective licensors. Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, and related names and marks belong to Google LLC.
Disclaimer
Life OS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Flagstone Creative does not guarantee that Life OS will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automatically detected tasks, dates, messages, appointments, workout recommendations, or other information will always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flagstone Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use Life OS.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as Life OS changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
